Advanced Date Customization Options

This particular option can be found by logging into your site's admin area and going to:
"ProPhoto" > "Customize" > "Content" > "Post/Page Header"

  1. Here you can apply a background color to your post date text. The background area is limited to the actual date text unless you add additional spacing below.
  2. This adds background space to the left and right of your date text, thus creating additional space between the edges of your text, and the edges of any background color or border that you have applied.
  3. This adds background space above and below your date text, thus creating additional space between the edges of your text, and the edges of any background color or border that you have applied.
  4. This option allows you to add a custom border around your date text. The border will display around the date according to your date’s background spacing settings.
  5. Here you can specify which sides of your date area your border settings will display on.

The final outcome of the settings above can be seen in the screenshot below.
