"ProPhoto" > "Message Log"
Your contact form submissions are a critical part of your business, so you want to make sure you are receiving them.
Unfortunately, there are factors outside of our control (your server settings, spam settings in your Email service, etc,.) that can prevent contact form Emails from getting to you. But ProPhoto logs every contact form submission as the Email is sent, so submissions from your contact form will show up in your contact log.
Simply click on any message headline to view the contents of the message, including the values of any custom fields when the message was submitted.
New messages that you haven’t yet viewed in within your log will be displayed light blue and marked “unread”. Once you click on a message to view it, it’s status will be switched to “read”. You can switch the status of any message by clicking on an unread message, or by selecting “mark as unread” from the message options accessible by putting your mouse over the gear icon on each message.
Other options available for each message are “reply” and “delete from log”. Reply will open an Email in your default Email client on your computer using the Email address of the sender. Delete from log will permanently delete this message from your ProPhoto database (any contact form Email that was sent to you from ProPhoto will not be effected).
There is also a bulk action dropdown, allowing you to make quick changes to multiple messages at once.
Just check any messages that you want to edit, and then select a bulk action from the dropdown menu and click “Apply”. For additional convenience, you can click the topmost checkbox to toggle selecting all/none of the messages in your log.
"ProPhoto" > "Customize" > "Contact Form" > "Message Log"
By default ProPhoto will display a contact log “unread message count” within the left-hand WordPress menu of your admin area.
You will also receive a more prominent admin notice if you have 10 or more unread messages in your log.
If you don’t want to see those notifications, you can turn them off here.

This form logs every contact form submission as the Email is sent, so any submission will be sure to be accessible here. It’s good to get in the habit of checking this log occasionally.
