What if no alignment options are present?

If you are using the header layout where the logo shares horizontal space with the menu, then no alignment options will be available. Your menu will be right aligned with 18px of padding between the left edge of your site and the farthest left menu item.Classic Header Layout1Classic Menu Alignment

To override that requires a bit of custom CSS.  In your WordPress admin area, go to “ProPhoto” > “Customize” > “Advanced” > “Custom Code” and paste this code into the “Custom CSS” area, then click save:
ul.primary-nav-menu {padding-right: 0px;}
That will cause the right edge of your primary nav menu to align flush with the right edge of your site.
