Post Signature

This particular option can be found by logging into your site's admin area and going to:
"ProPhoto" > "Customize" > "Advanced" > "Code"

This option area allows you to add text and HTML that will be added below posts and pages. Simply paste some custom plain text or HTML code and it will display below your content.

When would I use this?

It’s rare but sometimes folks want to display content at the bottom of posts and/or pages that they are unable to create using the built in “call to action” area.  For example, if you wanted to display a Facebook Page widget at the bottom of each post, here is where you would paste the code you got from Facebook.  Others things you could do here are:

  • Embed video
  • Craft a custom message using HTML
  • Paste code for displaying badges, adds or affiliations
  • Actually display your written signature via an HTML image

Also, use any of the following special words exactly, and ProPhoto will swap them out for their actual value for that post or page:

  • %post_title%
  • %permalink%
  • %post_id%
  • %post_author_name%
  • %post_author_id%

You can also create a direct link that scrolls to and opens your contact form by adding this to the end of a URL address on your site:

  • #contact-form

The filter priority box allows you some flexibility regarding where this content inserts itself. For example, if the filter priority number is higher here then for the Like Button enabled in “ProPhoto” > “Customize” > “Content Appearance” > “Post Footer”, then this content will display after the Like Button.
