Site-wide Facebook Settings

This particular option can be found by logging into your site's admin area and going to:
"ProPhoto" > "Customize" > "Site Settings" > "Social Media"

This option area gives the user some site wide control over the ever-increasing integration of Facebook and his/her site. Below we explain the function of each numbered option.

1. Like/Recommend

Here you have the option to choose where you want your Facebook “like” button to say “like” or “recommend.”

2. Facebook language

You can display your Facebook buttons and links in any language you want using this built in dropdown.

3. Facebook Personal Numeric ID

If you don’t know your Facebook personal numeric ID, you can click on the “?” and use our tool to grab it for you.

Entering your ID here helps to streamline the process of linking to your site from Facebook and facilitates the creation of accurate Facebook previews of your posts and pages. It also allows your Facebook account to be the ‘moderator’ of any Facebook Comments left on your site.

Choose the color scheme that corresponds to the style of your blog.  If you have a dark background against which you will display your like button, then choose “dark.”  If you like a light background, choose, “light.”  These are the only default options that Facebook provides.
