Subscribe by Email – Nav Menu

This particular option can be found by logging into your site's admin area and going to:
"ProPhoto" > "Customize" > "Menus"

By creating a “subscribe by email” link, you can create a small form in any of your menu areas, where your blog readers can enter their Email address to receive updates to your blog through their email.

In order to use this feature, you need to burn your feed to a Feedburner feed, and then enable Email subscriptions.

Alternative Method

If you want to link directly to a subscription form from a link that then prompts for a viewers Email address, then create a menu item that is set as a “Directly entered URL link”.  Then, for the url, use:
http://feedburner.google.com/fb/a/mailverify?uri=YOUR-FEEDBURNER-SLUG&loc=en_US

Change out the Feedburner slug (“YOUR-FEEDBURNER-SLUG”) to your own feedburner slug.  This slug can be determined by viewing your Feedburner url:

http://feeds.feedburner.com/xxxxxxxxx

The slug is the “xxxxxxxx” part, whatever trails after “http://feeds.feedburner.com/”. The popup form will look like this:
